Structural characteristics
Adopting an aluminum shell, it has the advantages of light weight, high strength, and good heat dissipation performance. The interior is mainly composed of positive electrode, negative electrode, separator, and electrolyte. Common positive electrode materials include lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide, lithium iron phosphate, etc. Different positive electrode materials endow batteries with different properties, such as energy density, charge and discharge characteristics, etc. The negative electrode is generally made of graphite material. A diaphragm is a polymer film with a porous structure, which serves to separate the positive and negative electrodes, prevent short circuits, and allow lithium ions to freely pass through during charging and discharging processes. Electrolyte provides an ion conductive medium for the transport of lithium ions.
