A: We can accept T/T and L/C for standard order; West Union and T/T for samples are acceptable;
7. Q. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Generally we request no MOQ limit to support every project of our customers if the model battery is assembled with 18650 lithium Rechargeable battery. And if the model batteries are the custom-made Lithium Ion Polymer batteries, then it will depended by the battery power and it will generally be requiested with 3000 pcs per model.
8. Q. How long will be the Lead time?
A: it depends on order quantity. Usually the delivery date for samples: 3~5 days, for mass production: 5~25 days,
9. Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: The goods are generally shipped by Express Delivery (UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX etc). and we can also ship the batteries by Air Cargo or by sea. It takes 3-5 days by Express. And it will take about 28 days by sea.
10. Q. How to proceed with an order?
A: Step 1, let us know your requirements such as voltage, capacity, continuous discharge current, peak discharge current,work condintion temperature and application. Step 2, We quote according to your requirements. Step 3,You confirms the prices and samples ; Step 4, You place a formal order as your need QTY. Step 5, We provide the proforma invoice according to your order and you pay 30% deposit of the order and we arrange the production; Step 6, when the goods are ready and we will inform you finish the balance payment of the order and we ship out the goods as soon as the payment is confirmed.
