Lithium Titanium Oxide Battery (LTO) with 20,000 cycle life
Specification Of 24V/50Ah LTO Battery Pack
Lithium Titanate Battery:
MaxPower LTO battery had passed the GB/T31484-2015,GB/T31485-2015,GB/T31486-2015 etc.tests .Lithium titanate batteries don’t ignite and don’t explode in safety tests such as extrusion, acupuncture, short circuit, and drop. The LTO battery is characterized by an automatic constant voltage device(Patent No:ZL 2010 2 0614097.2),Thereby solving the international problem of flatulence. The LTO battery is a square aluminum structure, including the current collector and the tabs are made of pure aluminum, especially the tabs, which protects the limit of the limit current..Therefore, when a short circuit fault occurs in the external circuit, the component will self-fuse protection. Disengagement from the circuit will not affect the normal operation of adjacent cells and systems, and will not cause thermal runaway.
The battery is designed with a voltage of 2.4V and a capacity of 25Ah ; the number of cycles is greater than 20,000 times, and it can be charged and discharged normally at low temperature -30℃and high temperature 60℃; strong power density, the charge and discharge rate can reach up to 10C ; The temperature rise of 5C charging and discharging within a cycle of the battery pack does not exceed 12 ℃, no liquid cooling system is required, forced air cooling is sufficient

Attention
1 Before use, please read the specification and charger instructions carefully to prevent dangerous
caused by damaged battery and charger.
2 Please use the special chargers we offered or the chargers specified by the manufacturer when it chargers. The output of the charger must conforms the parameter requirement of the battery pack.
3 When you combine the battery with series or parallels, you should brush surface to the metal glow with thin steel brush to lower the connective resistance to the minimal resistance if there are oxidation layer on the surface of terminals.
4 To add a nickle strip when external cooper component connect battery terminals, the functions of connect screws is only fastening, not conducting electricity.
5 If the battery terminals are dirty, please clean the terminals with a dry cloth before use. Otherwise, poor performance may occur due to the poor connection with the instrument.
6 If the battery leaks and the electrolyte gets into the eyes, do not rub the eyes, rinse the eyes with clean water and take medical treatment immediately. Otherwise, it may hurts eyes.
7 If the battery gives off strange odor, generates heat, change color or deformed and if there are any anomalies in the use, storage, charging process, remove it from the device or battery charger and stop using it immediately.
8 The waste battery should wrapped electrode by insulating paper in case of short circuit and fire.
9 Any matters that this manual does not cover should be operated carefully.
Routine maintenance
1 Try to avoid hot and humid environment when use and storage battery.
2 If the battery is stored for a long time(exceed three months), it should be stored in dry and cool place. The battery should be charged every six months, The storage temperature at the range of 15℃-25℃ is perfect.
3 check the fastening situation of the battery positive and negative output terminals in case they have loose, insulation aging, leakage of electricity and other phenomena.
4 Overall check the battery at least once a year.
5 Battery maintenance must be performed by trained professionals.
6 After each maintenance, you must check the battery performance, safety features and the input and output appliances are normal.
7 Periodic inspection of the battery pack can reduce the risks of accidental damage and personal accident, and the battery pack life reduced.
8 Please use the right Battery Management System, to develop the maximum efficiency and extend the service life of the battery.
9 Be attention: Disconnect the power supply and the load, and wear protective equipment against electric shock before performing any maintenance work.
