Cabbage and Mushroom Vermicelli Soup

1. Scallion and ginger, shredded

2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water for half an hour, until they are soft, cut into strips. 　　

3. Shred the cabbage, not too thin. 　　

4. Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger. Saute and remove. 　　

5. Put in the shrimp skins and stir fry for a fragrance. 　　

6. Add shiitake mushrooms. Stir fry. 　　

7. Add cabbage to high heat and stir fry. 　　

8. Stir-fry until 5 is ripe, pour it into a soup pot with water and boil it on low heat for about 2-3 minutes. 　　

9. When it is almost cooked, add salt and chicken essence. 　　

10. Finally add the vermicelli, cook for 2 minutes, and the vermicelli is cooked.
