This Aerated Beverage Equipment is suitable for filling and packing the carbonated (aerated)beverage ,such as Coco Cola , Soda water .Its has the following features :all parts ,for instance , filling valves ,which directly contact material are made of food stage stainless steel .So this Aerated Beverage Equipment reaches the requirements of food sanitation .Capping part are made of heat-proofing rubber ,in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilize the whole machine at high temperature. Adopting programmable controller to realize fully automatic control from bottle entering to finished packages .The Aerated Beverage Equipment uses the transducer as speed regulator , so the user can regulate the machine easily to meet different power requirements. Adopting balanced pressure filling principle and spring valves to assure the beverage quality .Besides these, this Aerated Beverage Equipment also use advanced magnetic coupler to regulate the cap-screwing torque to avoid cap and bottle damages.

1) Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape is not changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottle neck way.

2) This automatic aerated beverage filling machine adopts clamping bottle neck way to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottle neck way in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you only need to change the board related with bottle diameter.

3) Opening valve of this automatic aerated beverage filling machine is driven by cylinder. High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling value and control of liquid level is accurate and without loss.

4) The capping system of this automatic aerated beverage filling machine applies advanced French technology, when clamp the cap will immediately and magnetic torque type capping head.

5) The PLC and transducer of this automatic aerated beverage filling machine are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMROM, MITSUBISHI and so on.

Introduction of 5 gallon water filling machine:

Longway automatic integrated barreled 5 or 3 gallon barreled drinking water production line, now we have 80 barrels per hour, 150 barrels per hour, 300barrels per hour and larger capacities until to 2000bph capacity model production line and machines.

The one unit main machine includes the washer, filler and capper.

Rinsing process: alkaline water → acid water→ sterilized water, to make sure the barrel inside is sanitary.

The entire control system is PC, with the safe device for interlock, signal and slef-detection.
