Full-automatic inline servo viscous liquid filling machine is controlled by microcomputer PLC programmable,servo motor control
volume ensure measurement more accurate, contact parts use SS316.Filling speed can
variable to remove air bubble, a slow speed can be applied when close the target filling
volume to prevent liquid polluting the bottle, the machine adjust convenient, when
replacing the filling specification only need change the parameters in the touch screen.
Fine-tuned also can be finished in the touch screen.
This machine suits for filling of all kinds of viscous material which is edible oil,
honey, SC, FS, and so on, sealing pad material use Teflon.
