How to Place An Order ?
1) Inquiry from customer.
2) Quote from us.
3) Sample approval.
4) Sign contract or issue PI for Sales Confirmation.
5) Customer to pay 30% deposit by T/T or issue sight L/C.
6) Pre-production (PP) sample approval by customer.
7) Mass production begins
8) We send 1-2 production samples to customer for inspection and/or customer arranges QC inspector for final production quality inspection on site.
9) In cased of FOB terms, customer cares to advise us their shipping forwarder for shipping arrangement.
10) Pass inspection and arrange shipment.
11) We send by email or fax copies of shipping docs including invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin if any etc.
12) Customer cares to pay the balance payment. (In case that the customer uses their own title as shipper or use air shipment, the balance payment is to be paid before goods delivery from our factory).
13) Release original shipping docs to customer.
14) Product Warranty of 60days after shipment begins.
15) Rate us with your comment in this order and look for future co-coperation

Question 1: Can I get any sample , how long is the time?
Yes, certainly. We will provide the softextile sherpa blanket for quality check with freight collected, will refundable this blanket sample charge when you make an order. We could arrange the existing samples express delivery immediately. For any special samples requirement, plain dyed blanket 7 days finished, printed blanket 15 days finished.Usually we send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. It takes 3-5 days been to your hand.
Question 2: Can I customize my logo or any redesign the blanket ?
Yes, of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color available as well. We still have our own design team, who have more than 3 years design experience. We will do the creation in your requirement and make ur image come true.

Yes,customer’s logo for small order is available, Logo is made by embroiderying, imprinted, labeled.You can ask us to mail logo sample to check.

Yes, sample cost is refunded when bulk order confirmed,But freight cost don’t be refunded.
Question 9:How long for the delivery of blanket samples? could I put my own logo on the sample?
1)stock available: 4 working days after payment, Yes,you can put logo on the sample,but you have to pay logo sample charge,pls contact us for detail cost.
2)out of stock: 10--18 days after payment, and customer's logo can be done on it.
Question 10:What’s payment terms of blanket sample?
Bank T/T, PayPal,West Union.
Question 11:Could you send me all your catalogue with price list?
Yes,we can send you our catalogue with price list,but not all models,since there are too many models here.
Question 12:What's lead time for bulk order?
About 30-40 days after payment. We will try to deliver it with the promise of quality guarantee as soon as possible.
Question 13:Which method of transport would be better?
Generally, we suggest to make shipment by sea which is cheap and safe for transportation.
