Why Can We Always Ensure Excellent Quality

Quality Control

In our sewing factory, we will make strict control of fabrics and blankets in the following steps；

1. Fabrics control: We have our own QC, making the inspection of fabircs in the dying factory, to make sure all the fabrics are in correct size, weight, colors, and designs.

2. Blanket control:

First step: cutting fabrics into pieces, in this step, our workers will cut the fabrics according to blankets size, and take off those fabrics in low quality.

Second step: after sewing blankets are finished, workers will make the packing piece by pieces, so in this step, if there is any blanket of bad quality, we will take them out.

Third step: When blankets are finished packing, in our factory, we will arrange QC to select any cartons randomly of each items to make last test.

We strictly following the above steps, so make sure all the products are first grade.
