Material

High tensile steel with 550MPa yield strength is used for the fabricated H-beam and main structural parts.

8mm web plate.

☆ Cross Members:8mm thick x 60mm wide x 120mm height formed channel

as support of the liquid tank. The container corner casting position 200 x 75

hot rolled channel bolster is used at two ends...

Coating

☆ Abrasive blast of alll metal surfaces to SA-2.5 or SSPC-SP-10 standard.

☆ Surface will be coated with Zinc-Rich epoxy primer and poly-urethane top coat, TDFT not less than 125μm. With five(5) year warranty.

☆ All overlapping surfaces and interior of the box section, including the bolster, and

cross pipes of suspension, shall be sprayed with zinc rich primer before fabricating.

The interior of liquid tank is not coated to minimize chemical effect with the content of

the container.
