Brief Introduction:

This production line mainly includes:

1. Work piece loading and unloading conveyor line,
2. Work piece automatic processing unit (3 processes: OP10 J1WL-800 horizontal CNC car,OP20 J1WL-800 horizontal CNC car, OP30 J1VMC-540W Vertical machining center, a total of 3 machine tools);
3. Automatic work piece loading and unloading unit (1 fixed 6-axis joint robot),
4. Blowing cleaning unit (blowing device);
5. Online detection unit.

Work process:

The robot automatically transports the upper and lower OP10, OP20, OP30 production equipment. The robot cooperates with the fixture and equipment to realize the OP10, OP20, OP30 automatic clamping of the work piece, and ensures the repeated positioning accuracy of the product on the fixture. The key dimensions are detected online during the production process. Ensure that the final product is a qualified product.
