Visual inspection is carried out on welded parts or flange connections of LPG cylinders to detect any potential leaks. To test for leaks, the cylinders are submerged in a pool of water. However, since this process can be time-consuming, an air leakage test machine has been developed that can test 5-10 cylinders simultaneously.
Once all the cylinders have been placed in the cage, both the beginning and end of the cage are closed. The cylinders are then submerged sideways in water to facilitate a more thorough visual examination of air leakage.
