8m3 to 20m3 mobile compactor garbage station Configuration
(1) Comprehensive equipment requirements:
The whole garbage compression equipment consists of compression chamber, compression head, hopper lifting device and hopper, compressed garbage storage part, rear door and sealing system, hydraulic system and control system.

(2) Compression cavity and compression head requirements:
1. The compression head has no guide rails, small gaps, and horizontal movement in the compression chamber; there should be a sewage outlet at the rear of the compression chamber, which is sealed by a fire protection joint.
2. Thickness of bottom plate of compression head: 16mm, thickness of bottom plate of compression chamber is 10mm. The thickness of the side wall of the storage box is 5mm.

(3) Rear door and sealing system:
1. The rear door is locked by a hydraulic locking device powered by a detachable garbage truck, which can be used to open, dump and lock the door in the cab.
2. The rear door is reliable in sealing, and adopts rubber seals with reliable quality, which has strong sealing performance and prevents the emission of odor and the leakage of sewage.
3. The rear door has dual hydraulic locking devices.

(4) Requirements of other organizations:
1. The towing device of the garbage container conforms to the supporting standard of the 1570mm arm truck.
2. The bottom beam of the garbage container conforms to the 1070 loading standard of the trolley truck.

(5) Equipment parameter requirements:
1. The compacted density of garbage ≥0.75t / m³
2. Pusher type: M-type pusher (the front of the pusher is M-shaped fold line)
4. The control system is controlled by PLC.
5. The control system must have functions such as oil temperature alarm system and liquid level alarm system
6. The hydraulic system is installed with effective filtering, heating and heat dissipation devices. The heat dissipation device can automatically start to ensure normal oil temperature and reliable operation of the hydraulic system.
7. The motor power is 7.5Kw, and the compression capacity is strong.
8. There is a reminder function when the box is full.
