Rui-He RH6150 - 40 ® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisting of part A and part B. It can be used to produce electronics keys supplies with the high rebound and good resistance to yellow. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1: 1 ratio by weight.

Packaging & Storage

Available in 20kg pails or 200kg drums.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.

Notice

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.

Liquid silicone rubber operations

Firstly process and prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take a certain amount of the silicon rubber, add 2-3% solid curing agent, and mix evenly and they are ready for use. One pair of mold can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours.

(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicon oil. If a special soft silicon mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicon oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demold.)
