• Product Description RUI - HE® 6250-50 A/B is a two-part, platinum curable, liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.

• This silicone rubber is particularly developed for the manufacturing of baby nipples and bottles with high transparence, tensile and tear strength.

• All LSR are platinum cured materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

Characteristics

1. High transparent color, and good elasticity
2. Good fluidity, fast vulcanization, safer and more environmental, can fully meet food grade requirements.
3. Liquid silicone is suitable for the injection molding process, anti-yellowing, heat aging resistance, excellent tear strength

Operation instruction

Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively. When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for a long time.
