Because of the outstanding properties RH6250-71A/B liquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: making baby feeding nipples, baby feeding bottles, baby bottle covers, silicone dealants for a breast pump, baby toys etc.

Features:

· High transparency, high strength, good resilience, small deformation value, yellowing resistance and aging resistance;

·Comply with US FDA CFR 21.Part.177.2600 and European EN14350-2, Section 4.9 Volatile Compound Test Standards and European ROHS and REACH Standards;

·In the environment of 20 °C, the safe operation time is 3 days after the A/B components are mixed and sealed, and the safe operation time is shortened when the temperature rises;

This product can not contact with N, P, S compounds, so as not to make platinum catalyst poisoning.

The silicone rubber is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection moulding processes.
The pot-life of the mixture of the two components (closed vesssel) at 20℃ is 5 days. Increased temperatures reduce the pot-life.
