The overload and no-load time of the industrial frequency air compressor is relatively long. For example, the same rated power is 37kw, and the load rate is only 60. Maintanence Details:
How long does the air compressor need to be maintained?
1. 500 hours: When the air compressor runs for 500 hours, the oil filter element and air compressor lubricating oil should be changed for the first time after the new machine is used. Remove the air filter for cleaning and blow it out from the inside out with low pressure compressed air. Do not blow air from the outside to the inside to avoid clogging.
2. 2000 hours: When the air compressor runs for 2000 hours, check whether the pipe joints, bolts and terminal screws are loose, and tighten them if any. Replace the "three filters and one oil". Check all solenoid valves and whether the protection differential pressure switches operate normally.
3. 6000 hours: When the air compressor runs for 6000 hours, check the cooler and clean it if necessary; check the action and moving parts of the intake valve, and replenish or replace the motor grease. Clean the motor and fan motor, and clean the auto drain valve. Check minimum pressure valve and transducer, and calibrate relief valve.
4. When the air compressor runs for 20,000 hours, it is necessary to overhaul the head of the air compressor, replace the body bearing and oil seal, and adjust the clearance. The insulation of the measured motor should be above 1MΩ
