Mantainence Details:

Minor maintenance only needs to replace the air compressor oil and oil filter, which is usually replaced after the new machine has been running for 500 hours; major maintenance is carried out after the machine has been running for about 3000 hours.
The air compressor is a relatively complicated device, so its maintenance is relatively strict. It is generally divided into 4 stages: daily maintenance, monthly maintenance, quarterly maintenance, and annual maintenance.

1. Daily maintenance
Check the oil level, check the air filter element and coolant level, check whether there is any leakage in the hose and all pipe joints, check that the consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle and must be stopped for replacement, check the exhaust temperature of the main engine, which reaches or approaches the warning temperature, The oil cooler must be cleaned and the pressure difference of the separator must be checked. When the pressure difference reaches above 0.6 bar (the limit is 1 bar) or the pressure difference starts to decline, stop the machine and replace the separation core, etc.

2. Monthly maintenance
Check the cooler, clean it if necessary, check all wire connections and tighten them, check the AC contactor contacts, clean the dust on the surface of the motor suction port and the surface of the housing, clean the oil return filter, check the air compressor setting Is it consistent with operation.

3. Quarterly maintenance
Clean the main motor and fan motor, replace the oil filter element, clean the cooler, check the minimum pressure valve, safety valve, and check the sensor.

4. Annual maintenance
Replace lubricating oil and filter element of oil-air separator, replace air filter element, oil filter, safety valve calibration, check elastic coupling, check cooling fan, clean automatic drain valve, replenish or replace motor lubricating grease.
