The oil-free screw air compressor compresses the air through the two-stage screw rotor, and removes the moisture in the compressed air through the water-air separator. At the same time, because there is no oil injection cooling, a precooler, an intercooler, and an aftercooler are generally configured to cool down the compressed air to reach the required exhaust temperature. On the shaft of the rotor, a shaft seal with excellent performance is used to prevent lubricating oil from leaking into the compressed air, so as to achieve real oil-free.

The oil-free screw air compressor is a volumetric gas compression machine whose working volume makes a rotary motion. The compression of gas is realized by the change of volume, and the change of volume is achieved by means of a pair of rotors of the air compressor rotating in the casing.
