Applications:
XY-2BTC wheeled rig is a kind of drilling rig for shallow-medium hole with tower. It is not only for TC bit, diamond bit core drilling with large or small hole, but also can be used for geotechnical, hydrogeology, water well and big-pile hole drilling for engineering construction and anchoring hole drilling. The tower of this rig have the ups and downs, folding function, the angle of the tower can be adjusted to drill inclined holes.

Features:

1. The rig is mounted on wheeled base platform, and the tower has the function of ups and downs, fold, it is easy to move around;
2. The drilling machine has more gears (8 speeds) and reasonable speed range (when the speed of power machine is 1500r/min, the fastest rotation speed is 1024r/min, and the slowest speed is 57r/min), large torque with low speed, and wide application field;
3. It has two reverse speeds (45r/min, 212r/min),thus it is easy to handle accidents;
4. Powered largely, equipped with F3L912 Deuts diesel engine;
5. It has advanced design, reasonable arrangement, it is easy to repair and maintain;
6. Longer feeding stroke 540mm, will help improve drilling efficiency and reduce blocking and burning of drilling bit;
7. Smoothly Moving forward and retracting , fix simply and reliably, drill stably in high-speed;
8. Double oil pump, less power consumption, lower temperature of hydraulic system;
9. Less operating levers, flexible operation;
10. Not only make high-speed drilling for smaller diameter hole, but also can do low-speed large-diameter hole drilling:
