Can you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes we can. Regarding OEM, you can customize the product, such as printing logo, professional size, color, material, pattern and packaging on it.

Regarding ODM, our factory has a professional team with rich experience in design and manufacture. Just tell us what you think and we will help you implement all details into packaging box

When can I get the price?

We usually send our offers to clients based on clients detailed requirement within 24 hours after we communicated all details clearly. However, if you want to get price earlier or in urgent demand, please tell us and we can meet your timeline.

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free as long as express cost based on collect. Normally, we send all samples by DHL.

Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have our professional R & D team who command rich experience in packaging design and manufacturing.

So please just tell us your ideas and we will help carry out your ideas into perfect boxes.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files, please just send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you completed files for your confirmation.

How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us design files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days.

Of course, you can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How long is the lead time for bulk production?

To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

The best record we keep is delivering 20,000 gift boxes within a week.

Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you

would like to receive the products at your country.

What is your terms for delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc.
