It can automatically lubricate all essential elements periodically, lubricating time can be set depending on actual working conditions. This device can greatly lighten the work load of routine maintenance, as well as prolong the service life of transmission gear.

Automatic trouble display:

The trouble display screen in control cabinet of escalator will indicate the abort situation with 2-digit codes, so as to shorten needed time for diagnosing and repairing.

Remote monitoring interface

After adding this interface in computer, the managing center can use remote measuring device to monitor every escalator in building.

All operating parameters would be monitored and recorded for efficient control; or with remote system in WELLIFT maintenance department, we can monitor all conveying system and provide prompt service to customer.

Photoelectric Induction System

W8 equips photoelectric induction system on upper and bottom inlets/outlets, which can realize the functions of self start and self stop.

VF drive system:

Equipped with advanced frequency transformer and encoder, combined with photoelectric inductor, W8 can automatically control speed according traffic flow with 60% energy saving and 80% less of peak current.
