Features:
The TCK40 series of multi-function CNC lathes are high-speed and precision CNC machining equipment produced by our company with the introduction of Japanese technology. The main accessories are all products from well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers, and the key components are completed by imported precision pentahedral machining centers to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
Structure features:
1.The TCK40 series multifunctional CNC lathe adopts a box-shaped structure and strong cast iron (HT-300) for the bed, which is cast using one-piece casting technology and is processed in one clamping process using a high-precision machining center. Therefore, it has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, good machine tool accuracy retention, and high reliability.
2.The bed adopts high-rigidity 45-degree inclined back integral bed, which is convenient for chip removal and equipped with a separate water tank to completely prevent leakage and easy maintenance.
3.The TCK40 series multifunctional CNC lathe uses a tool holder (optional 4-station electric tool holder, 6-station electric tool turret, 8-station electric tool turret, 8-station servo tool turret), and the servo tool holder can be interchanged at various positions of the tool disc. The tool change speed is fast (adjacent tool change time is 0.25 seconds). The tool holder rotation repeat positioning accuracy is 0.003mm
4. TCK40 series multifunctional CNC lathe adopts high rigidity spindle unit structure.
5.The spindle is internally sealed with grease lubrication to ensure high-speed and stable operation of the spindle.
6.The spindle motor adopts AC servo motor with stepless speed change and power of 5.5KW. It has large torque output and wide range. It has high torque output at low speed and is suitable for heavy cutting.
7.The spindle box has no gear structure, which greatly reduces noise and vibration.
8.It adopts hollow (solid and chuck optional) hydraulic chuck and high-speed oil cylinder, and is equipped with a foot switch, which makes the workpiece clamping convenient, safe and reliable
X/Z axis:
1.X and Z axis feed transmission adopts Taiwan large diameter, high precision (C3 grade), and is pre-pressed and pee-tensioned.
2.X and Z axis feed adopt Taiwan (P grade RG45) or THK ball linear rails with strong load-bearing capacity.
3.Equipped with a screw rail lubrication system, forced lubrication throughout the entire process to reduce friction to a minimum, and protected by a stainless steel telescopic cover.
4.Both X and Z axes use servo motors, with X-axis motor torque of 6N.m and Z-axis motor torque of 6N.m.
