Multi-layer process detection: including laser interference (correction accuracy), ballbar (roundness correction), spindle/motor dynamic balancing, hardness detection, noise detection, machine tool geometry accuracy detection, screw guide accuracy detection, tool change/processing detection, etc.

Laser detection: Renishaw laser interferometer is used, and all products undergo two laser tests before leaving the factory to calibrate the accuracy of the equipment and improve the accuracy.

Dynamic balancing detection: Dynamic balancing detector is used for vibration detection and vibration analysis.

Ballbar detection: A ballbar detector is used to accurately measure the actual circular trajectory.
