Overview
- SMT EMI shielding gasket is a grounding pad that attenuates electromagnetic noise generated inside electronic devices and protects the circuit from electrical surges.
- Reflow soldering is possible up to 260℃ by using material with excellent heat resistance.
- Packaged with reel tape to enable automatic surface mounting.
- Can be used as a touch switch gasket, a touch sensor gasket, etc.

Applications
PCB Ground & EMI Shielding
- SMT Gasket is used for EMI shielding and grounding by attaching it to PCB of LCD module. Several pieces of SMT Gasket are used on PCB to maximize EMI shielding and grounding effectiveness. Their positions on PCB are reflected in PCB circuit design phase.
- Provided in reel typed career packages suitable for SMT.
Touch Sensor Gasket/Touch Switch Gasket
- Touch sensor gasket (touch switch gasket) functions as an electrode connecting display panel and PCB using electrostatic touch input method. It is suitable for touch switches of home appliances and industrial devices.
- SMF gasket is installed with automatic surface mounting while spring contact and touch rod method require manual soldering.
- Cost saving is expected by replacing the expensive touch grid method.
- This gasket does not stress PCB/Panel due to its elasticity and has high corrosion resistance.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE & ATTENDED POINT IN CUSTODY
- 1) Keep the product at room temperature and humidity.(25±10℃, Less than 75%)
- 2) Avoid contact with air and moisture when kept products.
- 3) Avoid direct sun light and no flammables when kept products.
- 4) Keep it to prevent damage to the appearance and shape.
- 5) Be careful not to be a high-temperature, high-humidity environment after opening the product.
- 6) Be careful not to contact with chemical and organic materials.
- 7) Do not touch the product with bare hands.
- 8) The warranty period of product is 6 months after delivery.
CAUTIONS
1.Keep away from a direct sunlight or high temperature and humidity. (below 35 ℃, 55%RH or less.)
2.Please press down more 0.2mm than thickness of this gasket in case of mounting
3.Be careful with chemicals and fire.
4.You may see a change in the characteristics of the product if repeating pressure.
5.Avoid exposure to high temperature and high humidity conditions when using the products.
6.Do not touch the product with bare hands.
7.It should be used after removing the contamination of adhesive surface.
8.Be careful that the appearance of product can be changed if twisting of the product occurs.
GENERAL PACKING STANDARD
1) Label the hem.
2) The carton box contains an appropriate amount of SMF cylinders.
3) Fill in the plastic on the back cover with cushioning material.
4) The box is sealed with OPP tape, H-type, and the box is labeled as available.
5) Packaging method (as shown in the figure)
