3. All returned items must be in original packing and buyer is required to provide tracking number to us.

5. Buyer has 7 days to contact us for replacing the product. If the item has been kept at buyer side for more than 7 days before replacement request is raised, the item is considered used and we will not approve a refund or replacement. For replacement, seller and buyer both bear a half of shipping cost.
