Automatic Oil Liquid Capsule Filling Machine

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

1. Oriented arrangement station: The messy hollow capsules are obtained from the storage hopper. After the directional arrangement device, the capsules are arranged in a state with the capsule cap on top, and then fall into the hole of the capsule plate on the main working plate.
2. Body cap separation station: Using the small difference of the apertures on the capsule plate and the vacuum suction force, the capsule cap is left on the capsule plate, and the capsule body falls into the hole of the lower capsule plate.
3. Metering and filling station: The medicine is filled into the capsule body of the lower capsule plate by means of template metering or intubation metering.

4. Body cap dislocation station: the upper capsule plate will be removed together with the capsule cap, so that the upper mouth of the capsule body is placed under the metering filling device to facilitate drug filling.

5. Removal of waste capsules: the unseparated empty capsules are removed from the upper capsule plate so that they are not mixed with the loaded capsules.

6. Cleaning station: Use the vacuum system to remove the powder, broken capsule skin, etc. in the holes of the upper and lower capsule plates.
7. Closing station: align the axes of the upper and lower capsule plate holes, and use the applied pressure to close the capsule cap and the loaded capsule body.
8. Discharging station: eject the closed capsule from the upper and lower capsule plate holes.

PERFORMANCE & FEATURES

1. It can be used on-line with various types of domestic automatic capsule (liquid capsule) filling machines, and can also be used for stand-alone production in pharmaceutical factories and health care products factories.
2. The use of unique invention patent technology, and the use of secondary gluing technology to lock the sealing effect, make the glued part of the capsule more uniform and beautiful.
3. The plastic box and the body adopt a pneumatic clutch design, which can be easily disassembled and cleaned.

4. The glue box is designed with asbestos heat insulation, and a highly sensitive temperature sensor is used to make the temperature of the glue box accurate in real time and safe and reliable in operation.

5. Using a unique invention patent, the capsules can be loaded accurately, oriented, and arranged accurately without damaging each capsule.

6. Adopting a precise capsule chain-plate.
7. The part in contact with the medicine is made of all stainless steel, which conforms to GMP standards.
