Horizontal Directional Drilling HDD Drilling Machine With Mud System

Technical Characteristics:
1. High power: 160/140kW high horsepower engine is adopted to ensure that the drilling rig can complete pipe laying operations under all kinds of complicated geological conditions.

2. Two-speed unit head: the unit head operates at a low speed during driling and pullback to ensure smooth construction; and it can slide at an accelerating speed to reduce auxiliary time and improve work efficiency when the removable drill rod reciprocates with no-load.

3. Steel crawler equipped with rubber crawler plate: it has a minimal impact on roads, lawns and scenic spots.

4. Floating- -type vise: it applies the proprietary floating-type vise of the company, which can effectively extend the service life of the drill rod.

5. Rotatable control console: it widens the visual field and reduces the fatigue of the operator to make the drilling rig
operation more simple and comfortable.

Equipped with Cummins 110kw engine, large power, stable performance, lower fuel consumption, lower noise, more suitable working in city area.
Power head thrust and rotation adopts cycloid motor from Eaton, with large torsion, stable performance. Rotation have two speed , drilling faster and more torque; Thrust have 3 speed, let the work finished more faster.
American style surface, looks so powerful.
Simple electric circuit design, low failure rate, convenient maintenance.
Equipped with φ60×3000mm drill rods moderate machine size adapts to narrow and small working area and high efficient construction as well.
Mud flow control system, can depends customer project save water.
Auto anchoring system can be choose separate.
