S600A Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine For BIG Pipeline Laying

I KEY point:

Here's how directional drilling works. To start horizontal directional drilling, drilling fluid is pumped through a pipe and bit which creates high-pressure jets and grinding of the soil ahead of the drill. The fluid is also used to remove the cutting spoils back to the entrance of the tunnel.

194kW high horsepower engine is adopted to ensure that the drilling rig can complete pipe laying operations under all kinds of complicated geological conditions.
Pluralities of advanced control technologies are adopted, including the PLC control, electro-hydraulic proportion control, load sensitive control, etc.
The pipe automatic disassembly and assembly device can improve the working efficiency, relieves the labor intensity and manual error operation of the operators, and reduces the construction personnel and the construction cost.

Equipped with Cummins 194kw engine, large power, stable performance, lower fuel consumption, lower noise, more suitable working in pipeline.
Power head thrust GERMANY REXROTH MOTOR and rotation us France Polcan motor, with large torsion, stable performance. Rotation have two speed , drilling faster and more torque; Thrust have 3 speed, let the work finished more faster.
American style surface, looks so powerful.
Simple electric circuit design, low failure rate, convenient maintenance.
Equipped with φ89×3000mm drill rods, the machine can be used in medium field area, meeting the requirement for high efficiency construction in small place.
Main hydraulic components are from the international first-class hydraulic component manufacturer, which greatly improve the reliability of the product performance and safety.
Steel track with rubber plate can be loaded heavily and walks on all kinds of roads as well
