2.Technical parameters

Components Description:

1. Automatic Feeding System

5kg smashed dross can be feed in one time, under the control time meter, the motor drives screw with positive and reversal moving to feed the dross into the machine.

2.Tin Mixing & Seperation System

Mixing system mixes the dross and force it into melting system, under the mixing pole and seperation blade action, the dust will be separate out. This machine is use high temperature liquid tin to melt the dross, this was is more faster and completed.

3.Exhaust & filtration System (optional)

Using stainless steel mash + actived carbon cotton to filter the exhaust gass from feeding entrance by the force of fan.

4.Mould System

Mould system is uses a manual lever release with atuomatic alarm system, release the tin in to the mould below.

The mould has several slots which will all fill when the correct amount of tin has been release.

5.Insulation system

Bakelite electric box with high temperature insulation to prevent heat damage to electrical appliances. Surface mount heat safety net to avoid burns and so on.
