Precautions:
1. Flux and diluting agent should be replenished regularly. Due to uneven evaporation of flux’s compositions, flux’s specific gravity should be checked regularly and maintained at its best value of 0.83.
2. Usually, all the flux should be replaced within 15-30 days but it depends on its deterioration.
3. Nozzle should be cleaned everyday after shift ends by unscrewing the nozzle nut and dipping in into the alcohol case to prevent too much dirt from staying there. When cleaning the nozzle, try your best not to impact and damage it.
4. Check the sensor regularly if too much dirt stays there.
5. The two flow adjusting valves to control spray, after being adjusted properly, should not be changed casually. No workers who are not dedicated to operating this machine are allowed to operate it to avoid any bad spraying.
6. The sensor before the spray gun is to detect the PCBs. So PCBs should be conveyed by chain claws automatically into the machine and not be pulled by hand lest that any foreign object (such as hand) activates sensor.
7. Clear any collected water in air filter.
8. When adjusting spray, transparent plastic board may be used to check the spray effect.
9. Filter should be cleaned 1 ~3 times every day.
