Process introduction:
The PCBs which are inserted and mounted with components and need soldering will be sent to the chain conveyer system by motor-driven buffer conveyer at the feeding end of the wave-soldering system continuously and automatically and then all the processes will be performed one by one, which include flux spraying, preheating, wave-soldering and cooling. After that, the soldered PCBs will be sent out of the soldering system by chain conveyer.
