1. GERERAL INTRODUCTION
HR- 5800 PCBA online cleaning machine is divided into three process: chemical cleaning section, pure water rinsing section and strong hot air drying section, concrete can be subdivided into environmental isolation or chemical pre-cleaning, chemical cleaning in advance (including 1 section and 2 section), wind cut isolating 1, DI washout pollution, wind cut isolating 2, DI rinsing 1, DI rinsing 2, final DI rinsing, the air drying wind cuting 1, hot air drying, the air drying wind cuting 2, unloader.
2.CLEANING PROCESS
1. Chemical cleaning module
1.1.Chemical pre-cleaning or isolation section
Connect DI water or cleaning agent to the product for preliminary spraying cleaning, after cleaning the water orsolution flow back to the chemical tank or direct discharge.
Role: wash away the large pollutants on the board surface, such as solder ball, dust, etc., filtration system isused to avoid the large pollution flow into the water tank to block the pump.
1.2.Chemical cycle cleaning
Clean both sides of PCBA by pumping water from the solvent tank, and then return the water to the solventtank or discharge directly. Chemical cleaning is also divided into chemical cleaning 1 and chemical cleaning 2.
Role: chemical decomposition, decomposition flux internal tension, and separate flux from the surface of thePCBA by spraying water pressure.
1.3.wind cutting isolating
Clean and air-cut the PCBA board surface by the nozzle and the air knife mixing to ensure that the PCBAboard does not carry water and solvent to the next washing tank.
Role: prevent the DI water tank from contaminating the washing tank.
2. DI rinsing module
2.1DI pre-rinsing(recycle washing)
Connect DI water to the product for preliminary spraying cleaning, and the water will flow back to the pre-rinsing DI tank after cleaning.
Role: flush away the residue of cleaning agent on the surface of the board to reduce the cleaning agent into the DI rinsing section and contaminate the DI water tank.
2.2Wind cutting isolating
The PCBA board surface is cut with an air knife to remove most of the water residue from the surface andensure that no DI water is carried on the surface of the PCBA board to the drying section.
2.3.DI water cycle rinsing
Clean both sides of PCBA by pumping water from DI tank, and the water will return to DI tank after cleaning.DI water cycle rinsing is divided into two sections: rinsing 1 and rinsing 2, each with a water tank.
Role: flushing away flux or chemical residue by spray water pressure.
2.4.Final rinsing
DI generator directly supplies DI water to this section for final flushing, after which the water is directlydischarged or flows into DI tank.
Role: ensure that the cleaning medium is up to standard.
3. Final wind cutting isolating and drying
The PCBA board surface is cut with an air knife to remove most of the water residue from the surface andensure that no DI water is carried on the surface of the PCBA board to the drying section.
Role: prevent DI water from entering the hot air drying section, so as not to affect the air drying effect.
