High Hardness W75Cu25 Tungsten Copper Alloy Bar Machined Parts With Corrosion Resistance
Characteristics of WCu Alloy
Tungsten copper alloy (generally wcu7~wcu50) has uniform microstructure, high temperature resistance, high strength, arc erosion resistance and high density, moderate conductivity and thermal conductivity.
The sweating refrigeration effect (copper melting point 1083 ℃) formed by the volatilization of copper at high temperature reduces the surface temperature of tungsten copper and ensures its use under extreme high temperature conditions
Applications of WCu Alloy
Tungsten copper alloys have a wide range of applications, most are used in aerospace, aviation, electronics, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, sports equipment and other industries. Secondly, WCu alloy is also used to manufacture the contacts of high-voltage electrical switches that are resistant to arc ignition and high-temperature components such as rocket nozzle throat liner and tail rudder, as well as electrodes for electrical machining, high-temperature molds and other occasions that require conductivity and heat conductivity and high-temperature use.
