Tungsten Copper Alloy Plate Applications:
Tungsten copper alloy has a wide range of applications, mainly used to manufacture high-temperature components such as contacts of high-voltage electrical switches, nozzle throat liners and tail rudders that are resistant to arc ablation, and also used as electrodes for electrical machining, high-temperature molds and other occasions requiring conductivity and heat conductivity and high-temperature applications.
When the tungsten copper alloy plate is used for the electrode of the high-voltage discharge tube, when the high-voltage vacuum discharge tube is working, the temperature of the contact material will rise by thousands of degrees Celsius in a few tenths of a second, while the ablation resistance, high toughness, good conductivity and thermal conductivity of tungsten copper provide necessary conditions for the stable operation of the discharge tube.
