MingRui manufactures a great variety of advanced silicon carbide that is formed in two ways, reaction bonding and sintering. Silicon carbide is the most corrosion-resistant ceramics it is the lightest, but also the hardest ceramic material and has excellent thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion.
Machining (when needed) is a process step in Ceramic’s manufacturing, reducing the complex ceramic part from the near-net shape to its final tolerances. When machining is required, it can occur at two points during the production process. The point at which machining occurs determines the specific process used.
1) High hardness.
2) High heat resistance : Alumina ceramic has execellent themal stability,which means that it is widely used in areas where resistance to high temperatures is essential.
3) Good wear resistance : Alumina ceramic is the material of choice for alumina wear parts.
4) High electrical resistivity : Alumina is an electrically insulating material.
5) High corrosion resistance : It is insoluble in water and only slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline solutions. Good chemical stability of alumina leads to high corrosion resistance.

Aluminium Oxide, Al2O3 is the most widely applied and cost effective technical ceramic material. It offers a combination of superior mechanical strength and electrical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The maximum working temperature is up to 1700 °C with relatively high thermal conductivity. It is also an electrically insulating material with a high electrical resistivity. The good corrosion resistance makes it insoluble in water and slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline solution.
