We specialize in providing machined parts and molding services. Types include CNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, sheet metal machining, stamping, bending and tapping. With a production area of more than 2000 square meters, our products are widely used in medical equipment, automobile manufacturing, communication electronics, aerospace and other fields.
2.Core process introduction
CNC milling is a subtractive manufacturing process that allows the production of highly complex parts, machining processes that cut the workpiece by rotating a multi-edge tool (milling cutter), using the relative motion of the tool and the workpiece to remove materials and form complex geometric shapes such as planes, surfaces, grooves, gears, etc.
Numerical control turning is a kind of machining technology by rotating the workpiece and fixing the tool, which is mainly used for machining cylindrical, conical, end and other rotating parts. During turning, the workpiece is rotated around the spindle and the tool is fed axially or radially.
Sheet metal manufacturing is the process of cutting, forming, joining and surface treatment of metal sheets to produce lightweight, structured thin-walled parts or components. Typical thickness ranges from 0.1 to 6mm.
Grinding is a kind of precision machining technology that uses high-speed rotating grinding wheel (abrasive tool) to carry out micro cutting on the workpiece surface, and realizes the machining effect of high precision and high surface quality through the cutting, marking and sliding of abrasive particles.

Drilling is the basic process of forming round holes on the workpiece by rotating the tool in CNC machining. Including: twist drill drilling, deep hole drilling, reaming drill, fixed core drill.
Knurling is a numerical control processing technology that extrudes or cuts regular patterns on the surface of the workpiece by knurling tools, mainly used to increase friction, decoration or anti-slip.
