The quality control department has a variety of size testing instruments, including caliper, Digital Caliper,micrometer, Profile projector,2D measuring projector,CMM,Height gauge,Pin Gauge,Thread gauge,Plug Gauge, three-dimensional element, optical magnifying glass,Standard gauge block. Various instruments will be sent to the National Laboratory for calibration regularly to ensure the accuracy of the instrument.

The quality department pays attention to IQC,IPQC,FQC,We pay attention to incoming material inspection, because the correctness of materials is very important to parts. We will ask the material supplier for the material composition analysis form, especially the machined plastic parts.

When the parts are machining in the machining center, 1 ~ 3 pieces will be machining first, and then sent to the quality department for full-scale inspection. Formal production can be carried out only after passing the inspection.This is the first article inspection.
When the parts are CNC machining on the machine, dimensional inspection will also be carried out to ensure the correctness of the machining process.This is IPQC.When the production department completes the whole machining process, the machined parts will be fully inspected and a dimensional inspection report will be issued.Call it FQC.

•calipers,It is a necessary measuring tool for CNC machining plants. It can measure many dimensions of parts, such as length, width, and height, with a minimum measurement error of 0.02mm. Therefore, when the accuracy of part dimensions is less than 0.02mm, we must use other tools for measurement.

•The micrometer has a minimum measurement error of 0.001mm. It can measure more precise parts. Used for measuring the outer diameter and inner diameter dimensions of circular parts.

•CMM ,Two dimensional measurement projector. When measuring parts, we may find that some dimensions cannot be measured, such as radians, angles, or the diameter of a small hole hidden inside the part. The two-dimensional measurement projector effectively solves these problems. Its measurement error is 0.001mm, and the measuring instrument can magnify the measured part by 10 times, allowing us to see some details more clearly.

•The altimeter can measure almost any size, and the minimum displayed value for size measurement is 0.001mm. Therefore, if you see it in the factory, it can be considered that this factory can manufacture precision parts.

• For thread measurement, a thread stop gauge is necessary.
Quick measurement of precision circular holes requires a round bar pass stop gauge. And some of our own tools that have undergone CNC machining.
