Technical data list and its delivery time:
2D. 3D machine lay out can be given in 2 weeks after sign PI
Electrical circuit can be given with machine
Machine set up and operation manual can be given with machine
Machine maintenance manual is given with machine
Machine shipment list is given with machine.

Guarantee:
Supplier shall make sure that the machine supplied is brand new, never be used before.
Guarantee time is 16 month after machine reaches to customer factory.

After sales service

• Aman shall arrange the engineer to do the machine set up and accommodation.
• Aman offer free training in Aman factory in china. And free training in customer’s factory while machine set up for first time.
• Any machine operation problem in running, Aman can arrange the online service or local engineer.

Spare parts with cost:
In guarantee time, if machine meet any operation problem. Aman has to come for service in24hours on spot or online. If any unintentionally broken with machine, Aman is responsible to replace the broken parts. If the part is expensive then the buyer has to send it back for cooperation.
After guarantee time, Aman has to offer buyer spare parts with discount price.

If the part is less than 0.5KG, we pay the postage.
