Product Introduction

The principle of this magnetic workbench is that the magnetic pole N.S. is converted into a magnetic field. When placing the workpiece for clamping, please place the work piece between the two sides of the magnetic workbench. If the work piece is placed on one side, the work piece cannot be clamped.

This magnetic workbench is not suitable for small workpieces or non-magnetic materials, such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel and alloy materials. The minimum work piece requirement is two magnetic workbenches.

Customers can make special magnetic soft claws according to the workpiece shape and processing requirements

1. Each of the two workpiece clamping surfaces has six HX-120 magnetic worktables, and the suction power is 7200kgf (1200kgf*6) on each side, which can clamp two large workpieces at the same time.
Users can assemble the HX series to use according to the needs of the workpiece

USAGE

1. Suitable for cutting medium and small size workpieces.

2. Replacement magnetizing soft claw can be used formulti-functional workpiece clamping processing.

3. Min size of workpiece should be more than 2 worktables.

4. This is not suitable for clamping small workpieces.

NOTICE

1. Before clamping, please confirm that it has been transferredto the "on" position.
