Lightweight mullite insulation brick/Insulation bricks for industrial furnaces/Good insulation performance, corrosion resistance
Product description:
Mullite lightweight series brick is a new type of high quality heat-insulating refractory containing 35%-85% AL2O3, with mullite (3AL2O3·2SiO2) as the main crystal phase and bonding phase.Because of the mullite has excellent high temperature mechanical properties and chemical stability, department of mullite light brick with high temperature structure with high intensity, high temperature creep rate is low, small thermal expansion coefficient, strong resistance to chemical attack and good thermal shock resistance, mullite light brick is used at the same time temperature according to the alumina content and bulk density of the products of high and low, from 1350 ℃ to 1700 ℃, thus can be used as a direct contact with the flame kiln working lining, can significantly improve the energy saving effect of kiln.
Category of Refractory Brick/Fire Brick:
JM23/24/26/28/30/33
Features:
Mullite lightweight brick has high structural strength at high temperature, low creep rate at high temperature, small coefficient of thermal expansion, strong chemical erosion resistance and good thermal shock resistance.
