GDF type fluorine-lined pipeline pump

GDF type fluorine-lined pipeline pump is a new type pipeline centrifugal pump manufactured by fluoroplastic hot-melt molding process,which has strong corrosion resistance. The pump impeller is directly connected to the motor through the bracket, and has a compact structure. The bellows external mechanical seal is used. The shaft seal is stable and reliable, intuitive and easy to adjust. The hydraulic performance is superior, the suction port is too uniform, and the overflow parts are made of perfluorinated materials (FEP, PFA), which has excellent corrosion resistance. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, no aging, stable operation, low noise, high efficiency, convenient maintenance, long service life, etc.

Design features
1,The pump flow componets application fluorine plastic hot melt moulding process combined into a whole ,high mechanical strength;

3,The pump is vertical structure ,inlet and outlet diameter are the same ,and is locted in the center of a unified online,easy installation ,use of a small area,the motor add a rainproof cover can be used outdoors;
4,The impeller and motor direst drive,short axial dimensions ,compact structure smooth operation ,high transmission efficiency,low noise and vibration;
5,Shalf seal installed PTFE corrugated pipe mechanical seal ,sealed and reliable ,intuitive ,and according to the characteristics of the media to provide a variety of materials firction pair selection,and has a wide application range;
6,The use of the maintenance is convenient ,only need to remove the pump body and connectinh fram fastening nut can be
disassembled the rest ,no need to remove the dynamic pipeline.
