2 Inch Three Phase Vertical Inline Sewage Booster Pipeline Centrifugal Pump
ISW series pumps,designed in ac-cordance with ISO2858 standard,are single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps featured by inte-grated simple construction for less space, easy installation, smooth op-eration with less noise and free of daily maintenance due to the intro-duction of high quality mechanical seals and closed coupling.
Vertical Inline Sewage Pump Features
1. Integrated horizontal construction and smooth operation with closed coupling for space and cost saving.
2. Low noise and Leak proof operation with mechanical seals of hard alloy materials.
3. Vent valve designed on pump cover and water release at pump bottom, pressure detecting holes at flange inlet and outlet for on-line operation monitor.
4. Working pressure up to 1.6Mpa.
4 types of ISW series pumps are available for different applications, namely:
ISW:for application of clean water or similar liquids within the temperature range of 0 ~ 80ºC, for instance cold/hot water circulation for air conditioning systems, water supply for high build- ings, water boosting for fire fighting systems, long distance water delivery, process circulation
boost for industrial production, sprinkling irrigation for gardens etc..
1. ISWR:for pumping of hot water (up 120ºC) circulating in greenhouse, boiler, bathroom and other HVAC systems. Also applicable to circulation boost of non-corrosive hot water in various in-dustries.
2. ISWH:for pumping and boosting of various kinds of corrosive liquids (≤120ºC)in industries like chemical, environment protection, foodstuff and brewery, pharmacy, papermaking and textiles etc..
3. ISWB:for pumping of non-corrosive oil and petrochemicals or any other flammable and explosive liquids (viscosity<120mm 2 /s) within the temperature range of -20 ~ 120ºC
