Installation and use of CWB magnetic drive vortex pump:

1. The magnetic pump shall be installed horizontally rather than vertically. The plastic pump body shall not bear the weight of the pipeline. For the occasions where vertical installation is required, the motor must be upward.

2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline shall be equipped with a bottom valve.

3. The pump shall be checked before use. The fan blade of the motor shall rotate flexibly without jamming or abnormal sound, and all fasteners shall be fastened.

4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation mark of the magnetic pump.

5. After the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.
