Intelligently 47A 220VAC Dry Magnetic Separator For Quartz

Dried powder Automatic Electromagnetic Separator Apply for quartz,kaolin, feldspar efficiently and Intelligently

Product characteristic

Large wrap angle, multi-magnetic-pole, withCarbon steel case and food grade stainless steel lumen

Doesn’t need to come over the gravity and resistance of the raw material.

Nonmagnetic minerals can depart from the magnetic cylinder very well.

With the mechanical adjustable vibrating equipment

Operation process

Feed the dry powder from the hopper, meanwhile make the separator state at the magnetizing and run a vibrator.

After a period ,stop feeding, cut off the magnetic device, run the other vibrator(keep the two vibrator running), poke the raffle of drain of material funnel into the iron discharge.

Then discharge the magnetic material absorbed on the magnetic media relying on the vibrating force.
