Applications: Due to their characteristics, magnets are most commonly used in applications requiring high operating temperatures, such as generators, pump couplings, sensors, electrical motors, Marine applications as well as automotive, racing, aerospace, military and food and manufacturing industries.
Sm2Co17 magnet is 2∶17 type samarium cobalt has excellent permanent magnet performance. Samarium cobalt permanent magnets are mainly made of rare earth elements such as samarium and cobalt, which are mainly divided into the first generation SmCo5(type 1:5) and the second generation Sm2Co17(type 2:17). Take the second generation of samarium-cobalt permanent magnet as an example, in which cobalt accounts for 48%-52%. The characteristics of samarium-samarium-cobalt permanent magnet are high magnetic properties, and its high temperature resistance is better than that of NdFeb permanent magnet.
