High-Speed Self-Crushing Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher Machine Shaping Perfect
An impact crusher machine is a type of crushing equipment designed to crush materials by utilizing impact energy. These machines are commonly used in the mining, quarrying, and recycling industries to reduce the size of materials such as rocks, ores, and concrete aggregates.
Key features of an impact crusher machine include:
1. Rotor: The rotor is the main working component of the machine that rotates at high speeds. It typically contains blow bars or hammers that impact the material.
2. Feed Hopper: The area where the material to be crushed is fed into the machine.
3. Impact Plates: These are located on the inner side of the machine and are used to redirect and control the material flow within the crushing chamber.
4. Adjustable Outlet: Allows for the adjustment of the final product size by changing the gap between the impact plates and the rotor.
5. Drive System: Typically powered by an electric motor, diesel engine, or hydraulic system to drive the rotor.
6. Safety Features: Many impact crusher machines are equipped with safety features such as overload protection, automatic adjustment systems, and emergency stop functions.
These machines are known for their high efficiency in crushing hard and abrasive materials and producing well-shaped and sized aggregates for use in construction and other industries.
Product Introduction:
PW series horizontal shaft impact crusher was developed by our company in the early 2000s due to the high-power consumption, significant wear and tear, low sand production rate, and unsatisfactory shaping effects of various types of vertical shaft impact crushers both domestically and internationally. It is a new generation mechanism sand and shaping equipment that has now evolved to the third generation and the fourth generation (PWS series), which has been granted numerous national technical patents. This machine has a unique structure and features perfect functions of "rock-on-rock" and "rock-on-iron" multiple crushing and high-speed self-crushing shaping. Its technical performance leads the industry, and it is exclusively produced worldwide.
It is widely used in the production of mechanism sand and shaping for limestone, river pebbles, granite, basalt, metal ores, non-metallic ores, covering mechanism sand production and shaping for hydraulic and hydroelectric projects, highways, high-speed railways, bridges, airport runways, municipal engineering, and high-rise buildings. It is also used for primary and secondary crushing in mining sectors and material crushing for building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, refractory materials, cement, abrasives, and other industries.

Performance Characteristics vs Various Types of Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers:
Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher Structural Diagram:
Materials enter the high-speed rotating rotor through the center and undergo sufficient shearing and impact through the throwing head. Under the action of centrifugal force, the rocks are dispersed and fly out at high speed from multiple outlets, hitting the surrounding guard plate and falling rocks in the upper cavity, thus achieving highly efficient crushing through rock-on-iron and rock-on-rock impacts. During the discharge process, materials collide and roll, reaching a reshaped state through mutual impact and rolling friction. This machine can accept material feed sizes of around 15 cm, producing sand and gravel simultaneously, with a yield of around 90%. The largest model can achieve a production capacity of 900 tons per hour. It also allows flexible adjustment of the sand-to-gravel ratio, with the gravel shaping rate reaching 95% and the particle shape meeting high standard aggregate requirements. It can replace impact crushers, various types of cone crushers, and various types of sand making machines. All these functions are integrated into one machine, providing high efficiency, energy savings, and remarkable performance.
