The RDL380P tray sealer is based on tried and tested technology. It is known for its performance and simplicity of use. This tray sealer model combines excellent seal integrity and pack presentation with flexibility, quick changeovers and user-friendly operation in a compact and hygienic design. It adopts CO2 ,O2,N2 and other protective mixed gases to replace the air in the packaging box(bag),uses different functions of various gases to inhibit the growth and reproduction of most microbes and bacteria that cause of food deterioration ,so as to keep food fresh and prolong shelf life, change the traditional practice of using various preservatives to keep food fresh ,which produce toxic ingredients harmful to human health.

Explanation of each button on the running interface

Seal cylinder rise

Press the button, the upper mold will rise to the limit position, It can’t work with the ‘tray in’ ‘tray out’ at the same time.

Seal cylinder down

Press on this button to drive the heating mold down to the original position.

Push tray up

There are pop device to push the tray up after the lower mold out.

Pressure holding cylinder

Press on this button to make the pressure holding cylinder motion.
Press it to fill the tray with more gas

Inflate cylinder

Press on this button to make the mixture gas ejected from the gas filled holes. It can be used for ventilation before the first package.

Inflatable cylinder

The operation steps required for filling the bottom, only for debugging

Film feeding

Press on this button to drive the film automatic receiving, release to stop it.

Bench-marking

Press on this button to convert to “By length” mode.

Change gas for 5 seconds

Press on this button to change the gas for 5 seconds.

Tray in

Press on this button to control the entry of the lower mold, make sure that ‘Pressure holding cylinder’, ‘Inflate cylinder’, ‘Push tray up’ and ‘Seal cylinder down’ are not pressed when you use this button.

Tray out

Press on this button to control the exit of the lower mold, make sure that ‘Pressure holding cylinder’, ‘Inflate cylinder’, ‘Push tray up’ and ‘Seal cylinder down’ are not pressed when you use this button.

Press on this button to back on the menu.
