Products introduction

Rubber aribag for ship launching technology basis on the traditional launching technology's developement, which uses flexible airbags to replace chute and slideway. To overcome the shortcomings of traditional launching. The rubber airbag like an elastic cushion, it make the hull in the process of launching free pitch, keep the bottom has a larger contact area, makes the stress of the hull very ease, so that the hull structure, on the surface of the paintint will not be damaged.

The constructure of the airbags:


* The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of rubber airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.The inside rubber layer seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.


* The synthetic tyre cord layers are made of polyamid cord which commonly used on tyres, that hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement for the airbags.
