Marine EVA Foam Filled Fender

Marine EVA Foam Filled Fenders- is type marine fenders and floating fenders system for ships mooring/berth. Foam fenders adopt pure polyurea technology combined with foam, plastic to ensure it float on water, widely applied to construction fields and marine industry. Foam filled marine fenders is constructed with closed cell EVA/PE foam core, sprayed pure polyrea polyurethane elastomer PU skin, reinforced with tough middle nylon layers, with a higher buoyancy itself. Foam filled fenders come with low hull pressure and maintenance, performed better for light weight ships.

Foam-filled fenders are able to absorb 40% more energy than similar sized pneumatic fenders and their gently sloping reaction force curve provides 'softer' docking operations compared to buckling type fendering systems. This results in reduced stresses on docks, wharves, piers and vessels.
