• Multi - Layer Structure: Our rubber airbags are constructed with an outer rubber layer, multi - layer synthetic - tire - cord layers, and an inner rubber layer, which are firmly vulcanized together. More layers are added at the end shoulders for enhanced durability.
• Reinforcement with Synthetic - Tire - Cord Layers: The synthetic - tire - cord layer is the key reinforcement part of the airbags. Made of rubber - coated synthetic - tire - cord fabrics, these layers are twined at ideal angles using our unique and patented "Holistic Wrapping Technology". We use 1400 dtex/2 or 1400 dtex/3 type synthetic - tire - cord fabric. The warp has over 95 cords per 100 mm in width, and the breaking strength is more than 310 N per cord, far exceeding the ISO 14409 standard.
• High - Performance Inner and Outer Rubber: Before production, the outer and inner rubber layers are rigorously tested to meet international standards. The outer rubber layer protects the cord layers from abrasion and external forces. It has excellent tensile and tear strength, enabling it to withstand various weather conditions and heavy usage.   • QP - Ordinary airbag: With 3, 4, or 5 cord fabric layers.
  • QG - high - bearing capacity airbag: With 6, 7, or 8 layers of cord fabric.
  • QS - Superhigh - bearing capacity airbag: With 9, 10, or more layers of cord fabrics.
  • For example, QG6/1.5x15 means 6 layers of cord fabric + 1 rubber layer, with a diameter of 1.5m and an effective length of 15m.
• Specifications:
  • You can choose the required diameter (ranging from 0.5 ~ 3m, or customized) and effective length (ranging from 1 ~ 32m, or customized) to meet your specific project needs.
